That depends on the service and the time of year. The New Thing Nurse client volume varies throughout the year which affects how fast your services can be completed, but average turnaround time after payment and all requested information is received is 15+ business days. Expedited service is available for an additional fee. Please inquire at time of purchase.
How quickly does New Thing Nurse take to respond to emails and other service inquiries?
Sarah K. Wells, Founder and Owner of New Thing Nurse, is the one and only member of the NTN Email Response Team. Sarah works diligently to answer emails and service inquiries as quickly as possible as her schedule permits. Please be patient and if you do not receive an answer in the first 72 hours, please send a short follow up and know that Sarah is working to get back to you as soon as she is able.
How far ahead should I consider working with New Thing Nurse for document preparation services? This includes resume, cover letter, and portfolio services.
New Thing Nurse has grown so much since being founded in 2017. With that in mind, there are often a very high volume of clients receiving document preparation services at a given time. Sarah recommends getting in touch with New Thing Nurse approximately 3 - 6 weeks prior to wanting final documents to inquire about an estimated turnaround time as times vary throughout the year.
What payment methods does New Thing Nurse accept?
All payments made to New Thing Nurse are via PayPal through a payment request issued by one of the New Thing Nurse team at time of purchase. Via this process, all major credit cards are accepted. A PayPal account is not necessary to complete payment. Payment is required prior to services being rendered.
Are refunds available for New Thing Nurse services?
Refunds are issued on a case by case basis only by Owner, Sarah K. Wells, MSN, RN, CEN, CNL. New Thing Nurse stands by its services and will work diligently with each client to ensure their 100% satisfaction.

Can I work with Sarah or one of the other New Thing Nurse team in person for services such as Interview Coaching or Career Mentoring?
Unfortunately, the New Thing Nurse team is not available for in person sessions for either the Interview Coaching or Career Mentoring services. These services are offered remotely via email, phone, or video platforms (EX: Skype, Facetime).
