Giveaways are open to readers with continental US shipping addresses only, unless otherwise stated. While most, if not all, giveaways are directed towards nurses, you need not be a nurse to win. No purchase or payment is ever necessary to enter any drawings on www.newthingnurse.com.

How to Enter

The manner to enter a giveaway will be stated on the actual giveaway post (on this website or a social media platform). A limit of one entry is allowed per e-mail address and/or social media account. You may not enter more than once, whether or not you use a different e-mail address. Entries determined to be submitted with the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses will make you ineligible.

Entry Deadline Date

Winner Selection

Winner Notification

The manner in which you will be notified will be described in the initial giveaway post and is dependent upon the platform in which the giveaway is hosted.

Prize Forfeit

If you do not respond to reasonable attempts to communicate with you to notify you of your winnings, after 24 hours your prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. You will be notified if this occurs.

Prize Substitution

Not doing it. You either get the prize or nothing at all – myself or the sponsor will not substitute cash for the prize.

Publicity

If you win, New Thing Nurse reserves the right to promote that on the website and aforementioned social media platforms.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of any entry, the person whose name appears on the entry form associated with the prize number for the winning entry will be deemed to be the winner. If someone else hacks your email and claims the prize, New Thing Nurse will not produce more prizes in these situations.

Fraud or Technical Issues

If New Thing Nurse believes fraud has occurred within the giveaway or this is a technical issue – we reserve the right to cancel the giveaway.

General Release

By entering the giveaway through this website, you release Sarah K.
